Listings and Transactions

Agro9ja does not directly sell farm produce. All transactions, pricing, and delivery arrangements are handled between farmers and buyers. The platform does not guarantee the quality, quantity, or availability of listed produce.

Prohibited Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws or regulations while using Agro9ja.

Limitation of Liability

Agro9ja shall not be held responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions or transactions between users.
