Agro9ja is a listing and connection platform and does not directly sell or deliver farm produce. As a result, refunds and returns are managed solely between farmers and buyers.


Produce Listings

Farmers are responsible for providing accurate details regarding the condition, quantity, and pricing of their produce. Buyers are encouraged to confirm details before completing any transaction.


Refunds

Agro9ja does not process payments or issue refunds. Any refund arrangements must be agreed upon directly between the buyer and the farmer involved in the transaction.


Returns

Returns of perishable farm produce are subject to agreement between the buyer and the farmer. Due to the nature of perishable goods, return eligibility may be limited.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, Agro9ja may provide guidance but does not act as a mediator or arbitrator between users.
